It's an unfinished shako body made of black fur felt. They are 7" tall and about 8" in diameter. No hat band, no liner, no brim, no plates, ropes or plumes, just the felt blank. One size fits most. (The hat shown in the background is one possible finish.) Made in USA Item # H-2405
