Javelin Anorak

Precision-tuned for movement, load, and changing conditions, the Javelin Anorak is a technical insulator built to operate across a wide spectrum of climates and output levels. Lightweight, adaptive, and exceptionally efficient, it delivers warmth where it’s needed most while actively regulating heat during sustained effort. Targeted Polartec® Alpha® insulation is mapped through the torso, shoulders, and biceps to protect the body’s thermal core and minimize heat loss in exposed zones. Along the back and arms, a breathable synthetic grid manages moisture and excess heat, especially in areas compressed by packs or load-bearing equipment. This hybrid construction creates a balanced thermal system that resists overheating under exertion while preserving warmth during stops, transitions, and variable output. Designed as a true four-season midlayer, the Javelin performs equally well as a stand-alone insulator in cool to moderate conditions or layered beneath a shell when temperatures drop or weather turns. Highly compressible and pack-efficient, it delivers outsized performance without competing for space when every cubic inch matters. At the core of the Javelin’s performance is Polartec® Alpha®, a revolutionary insulation developed in collaboration with U.S. Special Forces to meet the demands of dynamic movement in unpredictable environments.
