Baby Bling® Tulle FAB® Skinny thin soft nylon headband with tulle bow One Size. Fits newborn - toddler+ Stretches to grow with your baby. High-quality, USA made headband. 80% Nylon, 20% Spandex Thin, soft nylon headband in colors that coordinate with the bow. Headband is 4" in diameter before stretching; 17" fully stretched. 100% Polyester tulle, source from South Korea. Bow measures 4.25" across. Headband can be hand washed, spot clean bow, lay flat to dry. The bow is tied and secured with adhesive to ensure a picture perfect bow every time you put it on. Each headband is hand sewn and tied by women in our local community.
