To do so, after dipping the wand into the tube, wipe off some of the product onto the opening, then blend the Stay Put Matte Lip Cream onto your lips. Let the color set/ dry. Then apply a little Line Smoothing Lip Gloss just in the center of your lips. Results: Hydrated lips with budge proof color!
